Central location makes exploring the city convenient.

The management staff lacked professionalism during my stay. When requesting clean towels, I was met with rudeness and disbelief regarding the towel policy. Additionally, the noise levels from the surrounding areas were excessive, often causing interruptions during the night.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Prague, making it super easy to explore major attractions. The staff greeted me warmly and were genuinely helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed, perfect for resting after long days of sightseeing. I loved the unique charm of the historic building. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety of options to kickstart the day. However, the check-in process was slightly confusing. It was not clear where to go initially, which led to a bit of frustration. The lack of an elevator made carrying my suitcase up the stairs challenging, especially after a long journey. Some noise from the street during the night disrupted sleep at times, so soundproofing could be improved.
